IL DOCUMENTO DI ECONOMIA E FINANZA 2018

21/04/17

21/04/17

Gentile Presidente Commissione Bilancio,Boccia,

Dr. Francesco Sorrentino
Segretario Nazionale Dirstat Università

Methodology of the G7 University

The methodology, based on a few simple rules, has the aim of supporting an open exchange of views, giving all the partecipants the opportunity to contribute with their experiences to the success of the initiative.

Parallel Sessions – The Magnificent Meetings

The methodology provides for:
 A limited and qualified number of partecipants for each meeting.
 Keeping the work schedule is vital to allow all partecipants to gather togheter.
 Each speech should be concise and focused on the proposed content and no longer than 5 minutes. In order to take the floor, each partecipant has to put the placeholder vertical. The speeches follow the order of reservation. The authorization of the chariman is needed for speeches up to 8 minutes.
 Audience’s brief questions and partecipants’ answers (maximum of 3 minutes each) are allowed in the last 20 minutes. The questions follow the order of reservation by delivering the specific badge to the staff.
 Sending the preparatory documents to all partecipants ahead of time.
 The presence at the table is required throughout the working session.

The role of the chairmen is vital to the success of the working sessions. In particular, their assignment are:
 To introduce the working session and to summarize the content of the positioning paper.
 To ensure the respect of the working schedule.
 To take note of the requests for the floor and ensure the respect of time-frame, in order to promote the discussion’s fluency.
 To create a casual atmosphere, essential for an open and sincere debate, in order to encourage the comparison between different experiences.
 To summarize the key points that surfaced in the debate at the end of the working session (3/5 minutes).

The role of the rapporteurs is equally important to the success of the working sessions. In particular, their assignment are:
 To help the chairman managing the two parallel sessions.
 To take note of the partecipants’ content of speeches.
 To draw up with the chairmen a conclusive report of the G7 University by merging the content that surfaced in the debate.

Plenary Session – Education for All

The methodology provides for:
 No longer than 5 minutes speeches. In order to take the floor, each partecipant has to put the placeholder vertical. The speeches follow the order of reservation.
 Audience’s brief questions and partecipants’ answers (maximum of 3 minutes each) are allowed in the last 20 minutes. The questions follow the order of reservation by delivering the specific badge to the staff.

Role of the Plenary Session’s chairman
 To introduce the general content of the G7 University Manifesto – Education for All draft.  To take note of the requests for the floor and ensure the respect of time-frame.  To conclude the working session.
