In view of your participation in the Timing Cultural Changes in the Southern Caucasus: Where do we stand with absolute chronology from Late Chalcolithic to the Iron Age? event on 20-21/January/2022, we would like to remind you that access to the event venues in person in VENICE will be granted only to those fulfilling the following requirements:

●            Being in possession of a valid COVID-19 "Green Pass" Certificate, which you should have at hand to be shown at the entrance, together with an identity document for the related checks. (see also University check system for COVID-19 Green Certificates).

●            Having a body temperature below 37.5° and no flu symptoms

●            Not being subject to quarantine or fiduciary isolation

●            Have had no contact with positive people in the last 14 days before the event

●            Have read the University Guidelines for conferences, symposia and similar events, on the page https://www.unive.it/pag/40177 and the Covid-19 risk management protocol and spread mitigation plan in the place of work available here https://www.unive.it/pag/40217/

Our staff will be available on the day of the event to help you in case of need and to carry out the necessary checks to ensure compliance with the prevention measures for the safety of all participants.

 We thank you for your collaboration and remind you to clean your hands frequently, using the hand sanitiser available in all the venues. We would also like to remind you that it is mandatory to wear a mask inside and outside the building, as is keeping a safe distance from other people (at least one meter) to avoid crowds.
